Frequency - Backups automatically occur nightly during off-peak hours.

Data Retention - Our system maintains a 30 day history of all backed-up files. This means that all recent file versions are stored allowing easy retrieval.

Bandwidth - FastBIT binary incremental backups reduce time and bandwidth needs up to 99%, allowing an efficient backup using a 56K modem connection.

Security - All data is stored in an encrypted state so that it is unreadable to anyone who may view it, including AgiForce operational staff.

Data Archiving - Clients may elect to each months versioned history archived to DVD creating a complete versioned history of all their mission critical business data.

Monitoring - AgiForce monitors the backup software's notification and logs files to determine whether backups are running as scheduled.

Software - Using a patented FastBIT patching process, our software is able to extract all the changes made to a file since the previous backup.

Hosting Facilities - Our Dell servers are hosted in a 60,000 sq. ft. tier one data center located in Dallas, TX.
